About FICCI- Confederation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CMSME)

Established in December 2013, Confederation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CMSME) is an affiliated body under the umbrella of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), an apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry of India, with a vision to empower Indian MSMEs and build their competitiveness. FICCI enjoys an indirect membership of over 2,50,000 companies from various regional chambers of commerce.FICCI provides a platform for sector specific consensus building, networking and as the first port of call for Indian industry and the international business community.

What FICCI (CMSME) do :

• 1) Provide a holistic grid to connect MSMEs with mentors, incubators & accelerators and assist them through capacity building programs & services

  
  

  2) Help MSMEs explore different government schemes

  
  

  3) Deliberate on policy issues that impact performance of the MSME sector and provide effective channels to communicate issues and concerns to government at the center and states as well as to other regulatory bodies and banks

  
  

  4) Provide regular interface between Industry, Government and regulators through workshops, round tables and representations and interactive sessions with to create an enabling environment for further growth of the sector
